Developer and Lead Instructor

I’m Angela, I’m a developer with a passion for teaching. I’m the lead instructor at the London App Brewery, London’s leading Programming Bootcamp. I’ve helped hundreds of thousands of students learn to code and change their lives by becoming a developer. I’ve been invited by companies such as Twitter, Facebook and Google to teach their employees.

My first foray into programming was when I was just 12 years old, wanting to build my own Space Invader game. Since then, I’ve made hundred of websites, apps and games. But most importantly, I realised that my greatest passion is teaching.

I spend most of my time researching how to make learning to code fun and make hard concepts easy to understa

A great beginners course to get started with iOS. The added sections on Design and Marketing are fantastic resources

I done intro to app development with swift and have been doing app development with swift along side it ( on the book store on apple device) and have found I could release my own app on the App Store (A simple augmented reality app called AR Xylophone with help from another short Udemy AR course ).

As it is I don’t think I’ll get any hits yet

I want to go on and do some freelance work

Best course ever! The instructor is knowledgable, smart and funny. I learned so much that I was able to not only make my own app but make it look appealing and professional.

Thanks Angela!

Great Presentation Style. Covering core aspects of the iOS. One point of improvement would be to focus on other core aspects of mobile dev like Push Notifications, Maps, Basic Animations, Networking (incl offline or background modes) and move topics like CoreML, ARKit to maybe to another new course (e.g. Advanced iOS),

Loved the bonus content on App Design and Marketing and AAA. Thanks Angela

Fantastic course overall; so comprehensive yet manageable and pitched perfectly – Angela really is the best at what she does! It’s a shame some videos are rather dated, quite a few with 2016 references which makes you question the relevance and how much has changed since… but that’s mean and seriously nit-picking as a lot of new content is uploaded, I guess it takes time to get to it all!

The best course in iOS and app development in Udemy. It covers everything from development to monetization, publishing to the store and marketing, both pre-launch and post-launch. I can’t recommend this course enough. Thanks for creating this awesome course!!

The instructor created in my opinion the best course on Udemy. For 9.99 there is 40 hours of content and keeps getting updated with more topics with lifetime access. Not only that, but every section comes with a unique project. I’ve learned enough to apply for an iOS developer.

Lectures are obviously very well planned. Examples are very well thought out and a lot of preparation has gone into the class. It covers not just how to write the code but how to use open source modules and other resources.

This was a great course that covered so much more than programming in Swift. I learnt something valuable from all lessons, ranging from thinking of an app idea, to getting is listed on the App Store, including ways to get noticed. Your links to external websites and tools are invaluable to the creation of good apps, and in most cases are difficult to find without knowing exactly what to search for.

Looking forward to taking some of your other courses.
